What's the expected event turnout?

When is set up?
Set up is anytime from 9am-5pm Friday. You are welcome to set up the morning of the event but you must be IN THE VENUE no later than 8am.
Are food & beverage vendors allowed?
Unfortunately TMS requires all food & beverage vendors to go through their application process. We are unable to assist with this.
Where will I set up?
You will be along the infield road; the only walking area to go back and forth in the center of the venue. We have a limited number of preferred vendor spots that are closest to the skid pad.
What about my staff?
All booth spots include 4 VIP passes for your crew. Staff cars must be parked away from your booth in the VIP parking area during the event.
What is the Drifter Ridealong Vendor option?
These are for our Freedom Course drivers that would like to sell their own ridealongs and keep 100% of their profit. They will be placed amongst the vendors on infield road.
