I just bought my ticket but can’t find my QR code
QR codes are sent to your email from tickets@eveyevents.com. Check your junk mail.
If you do not receive your email, or you typed your email in wrong, you can ask check in staff to look your order up by name.
I purchased the Infield Parking pass but didn’t receive a QR code
You don’t get a QR code for parking. Simply show check in staff your receipt and you’ll be good to park inside!
I typed my email in wrong when I purchased my ticket
No worries! When you get to the gate, ask check in staff to look you up by name.
I bought my ticket and now I can’t make it, what do I do?
No problem, as long as you do not use your ticket, you can use it at future events. Just let check in staff know.
If I purchase a ticket and want to bring my friends in my car, do they need a ticket?
YES! Our event tickets are per person, not per car. They will each need at least a spectator ticket.
